We are excited to be recruiting Multi-Trade Construction Operatives to join our well-established, family-run construction business here in Worcestershire. This newly created role is a key element of our growth plans, supporting an ever-expanding client base and a diverse pipeline of work.

You’ll work across a wide variety of commercial (and some residential) projects, giving you the chance to apply your skills to different environments, challenges, and specifications. Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Self-employed basis
Work Location: Various locations generally Worcestershire
Duties
- Complete work as per drawings & plans
- Carry out multi-skilled tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Undertake general site work, including material handling, groundworks, carpentry, strip out, facilities management works
- Operate plant, power tools and machinery safely (where qualified)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Adhere to all site health & safety rules and procedures
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card (training available if required)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- IPAF Qualification would be an advantage.
