Maple Aion were instructed to find a plot, gain planning and construct a 5000ft² detached house with 5 bedrooms, to include 5 bathrooms designed by Porcelanosa. This also included a 3 car detached garage with accommodation above, driveway including automated electric gates and external patios with landscaping. We also installed a ground source heat pump, full house ventilation, air conditioning, assisted solar hot water and all areas were fully zoned underfloor heating, finished to a very high specification.
